In the 2020-21 academic year:

• 73 Deaton Scholars produced 20 community development, policy, and research proposals that addressed extreme poverty and hunger.
• Four DSP teams laid the groundwork for implementing their projects during the coming year.
• The Deaton Institute hosted its inaugural Within Reach conference with more than 450 participants worldwide.
• The Global Future Leaders Cohort had 20 students from 10 universities worldwide who are interested in starting a Deaton Scholars Program model at their institution!
